Networking Opportunities

At the Academy, connecting you to a welcoming and dynamic community of peers is one of our principal goals and core member benefits. Some of the best ways for you to get connected include:

Audiology Community. We are pleased to announce the launch of our first general audiology community, a new collaboration platform that includes a document posting area, listserv capabilities, discussion forums, and social media integration. Visit the community, login, and start collaborating with your colleagues!

AudiologyNOW!®. The premiere event for the audiology profession. From all over the world, researchers, practitioners, and students alike will gather for the American Academy of Audiology's annual convention. AudiologyNOW! was recently awarded one of the fastest 50 growing association tradeshows, according to Tradeshow Week. Approximately 7,000 audiologists congregate at this event to learn about new findings and progression in the field of audiology. Learn more about this event.

Social Media. Visit the Academy social media site on Facebook and LinkedIn, and tweet with us on Twitter, search for AcademyofAuD.

Online Directories. Search our Membership Directory to find fellow members. Allow potential patients to find you through our Find an Audiologist directory. Contact the Membership Department to learn more and be included in these directories.

Volunteer Opportunities. Volunteers are the backbone of the Academy. Volunteer to serve on a committee and contribute ideas, propose solutions, and assist with the strategies that move the audiology profession forward.
